  • Size: Within a 10 cm square
    ②Left collar center and ③Lower part of right collar should be of a size that fits within the width of the collar up to about 3 cm × length.
  • Thread color: Choose from 22 colors
  • Applicable items: Samue, Jinbei, Jacket, Haori, Long Haori

  • If you want to add space between characters, please enter the space as well.
  • Once processing is done, canceling, returns, and exchanges will not be possible.
  • We will email you a sample photo for you to review. It usually takes about 3–5 business days to create the sample. After you have reviewed and approved it, we will proceed with the actual embroidery, which requires an additional 3–5 business days to complete. In total, the embroidery process usually takes about 10 business days.
  • Please make sure to put the items you wish to embroider in your cart together.
  • If you wish to purchase multiple items, please indicate which item you wish to embroider and on what item in the note of the order form.
  • Size may vary depending on the number of letters.
  • We cannot embroider on the liner or from the back of the fabric.
  • It may not be possible to embroider depending on the item or order contents. We will contact you in such cases.
