Product Delivery
Delivery usually takes about 3–5 days after your order is confirmed. We ship orders within 2 business days via FedEx or DHL; however, some shipments may be delayed due to weekends, holidays, customs processing in the destination country, or other unforeseen circumstances.
During peak seasons, such as the year-end period or major Japanese holidays, we recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery.
For international shipments, a consignee’s phone number is required by both FedEx and DHL. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, military bases, or government facilities, so please provide an alternative address when placing your order.
Please note that WASUIAN is not responsible for delivery delays that occur after the package has been shipped.
International Shipping
We ship directly from Japan to many countries worldwide.
Customs duties and Import Taxes
For Customers in the US:
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery, we ask customers in the US to prepay all customs duties and import-related taxes at checkout. Paying these charges in advance prevents unexpected costs upon arrival and helps minimize delays during customs clearance. Shipping fees and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.
All orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), making the process completely worry-free, even when sending a gift to an address different from the purchaser.
For Customers in Other Regions:
Consignees are responsible for import-related fees, including VAT, taxes, and handling charges, which are usually paid at delivery or billed later by the courier.
Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and other related fees are imposed by the destination country for international shipments.
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• The amount, application, and enforcement of these fees are determined by local customs authorities.
If you are unsure about customs duties and the taxes that may apply to your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office or relevant government authority before making a purchase.
Customs Clearance Delays
Customs procedures vary by country and may cause unexpected delays. Please note that we cannot influence or expedite the customs clearance process once the shipment has reached your country.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, return shipping costs, reshipping costs, and any additional fees will be the customer’s responsibility, and we will ask for additional payment for these charges.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or change the contents of the order as long as it is before the items have been shipped. If that is the case, please contact us at info@wasuian.com as soon as possible.
We cannot accept product cancellations or changes to the contents of an order after we have sent the shipment notification email. If in that case, we accept a request for a refund or exchange of the item.
Also, once the order is confirmed and the embroidery process or semi-custom-made production starts, the items are not eligible for cancellation.

Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days upon the delivery of your items to request a return. You will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind after this period.
Please contact us first at info@wasuian.com before sending back the item. We will reply to you with instructions on how to return the item and provide you with a return shipping label after we receive your acceptance of the conditions and regulations.
Please note that in all cases, the customers will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s), including the customs fees, taxes and other handling fees.
<Conditions applied to an item that can be returnable>
1. The item must be unused (worn indoors for fitting to check the size is OK).
2. The item must not have been washed.
3. The item must be in the same condition as received.
**With tags, in wrapping paper, the same cardboard box, a laundry net if any, and an invoice or proof of the purchase**
4. The item must be free of stains or odors.
5. The item must be shipped within 7 days of receiving our email with a return shipping label we provide.

Please note that when the item is lost or arrives in bad condition, we will be unable to issue any refund.
When an item does not meet our regulations even if you return it to us, please choose from the following choices:
1. Dispose of the item without receiving a refund
2. Redelivery of the package

Refund Policy
We can only issue a full refund for customers who cancel their orders before shipping.
After inspecting the returned item and confirming the item is resellable, we will make a refund, which will be equal to the amount of the item price minus the total return shipping costs. You will be automatically refunded through your original payment method.
Please note that it usually takes about 2 weeks to process the refund.
Exchanges
When you wish for an exchange, please place a new order for an item you want.
For the item you wish to return, we will make a refund after confirming the returned item is in sellable condition.
The refund amount will be equal to the amount of the item price minus the total return shipping costs. You will be automatically refunded through your original payment method.
Please note that it usually takes about 2 weeks to process the refund.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you think the item you received is defective or damaged, please send photos to us at that moment so that we can evaluate if the item is faulty.
Misdelivery
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@wasuian.com within 7 days of delivery so that we can send you the correct item right away. Meanwhile, we will provide you with a return shipping label via email. Please follow the instructions in the email when returning the item.
