Ordering and Sending of a Gift Card
- After confirming your order and payment, we will send you an e-mail including the e-gift card code.
- Please forward the email to the person to who you would like to give a gift card.
How to use the Gift Card
- The gift card can be used by entering the 16-digit code at the time of payment.
- If your order is less than the gift card amount, the balance can be used for another order.
- The gift card amount will be applied to the total amount of the order, including taxes and shipping charges.
- You can use a gift card with another coupon to pay for the order.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation is possible only if the gift card has not been used.
- Please contact us at info@wasuian.com within 48 hours of the order date to inform us of your cancellation.
Notes
- The expiry date is one year from the date of purchase.
- You can use multiple gift cards for a single purchase.
- You cannot use a gift card to purchase another gift card.
- If you have set your spam filtering settings, please set your account to allow "info@wasuian.com" to receive an automatic email containing the gift card code after completing your order, separate from the order confirmation email.
- If you do not receive the gift card email within one business day, please contact us at info@wasuian.com. Our staff will resend the email after confirming your order.
