Precautions
- Once processing is done, canceling, returns, and exchanges will not be possible.
- The embroidery process takes about 10 business days to complete.
- Please make sure to put the items you wish to embroider in your cart together.
- If you wish to purchase multiple items, please indicate which item you wish to embroider and on what item in the note of the order form.
- We cannot embroider on the liner or from the back of the fabric.
- For custom family crests, a design fee of 2,000 JPY will be added, and the full price will be 5,000 JPY. For repeat orders with custom family crests, the price is 3,000 JPY during the two-year data storage period.
