Title : The More I Wear It, the More I Love It

Staff Comment

Fit:
Jacket: Just right
Trousers: Slightly relaxed at the waist, but comfortably so.

What I love about it:
What I love most is the wonderfully soft feel of the fabric against the skin. It has a unique comfort that is difficult to find elsewhere.
The fabric has just the right weight, making it a piece I can enjoy throughout the year.

I was also pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to care for. Even after washing it thoroughly, it doesn’t wrinkle easily and can be worn without ironing. I especially enjoy seeing the color gradually change with each wash. Watching the fabric develop its own character over time makes me feel more and more attached to it.

It has also become one of my favorite pieces to wear to business meetings, where I often receive compliments from those around me.

About the embroidery on the back collar:
I do like plain styles as well, but I particularly like the embroidery on the back collar. It is just the right size—not too large or too eye-catching—so it adds a subtle touch of character.

It is also placed in a position where it rarely touches the skin, so there is no discomfort or scratchiness when wearing it.

A style I’d like to try:
I’d like to try rolling up the sleeves and trouser hems. The contrast between the lighter and darker sides of the denim would add a nice little accent and give the outfit a relaxed, effortless feel.

A “Zudabukuro” I’ve Loved for Years
I have been using this Zudabukuro as my everyday commuting bag since spring 2021. After several years of use, it has become a familiar and well-loved part of my daily life.

Recently, I have been carrying fewer things with me, so its role has naturally changed from an everyday bag to a dependable companion for business trips. It is still very much in use.

More room than you might expect:
Despite its simple appearance, it holds a surprising amount. There is plenty of room for my wallet, car keys, documents such as estimates and proposals in various sizes, as well as a water bottle or thermos—with room to spare.

It is especially helpful when I suddenly need to carry a few extra things while traveling for work.

A handy inside pocket:
The inside pocket has also become something I really appreciate. It keeps small items such as pens, a notebook, and business cards neatly organized, so they don’t get lost among everything else in the bag.

The reassurance of a zipper:
The zipper at the opening is another small detail that makes it easy to use. I don’t have to worry about anything falling out while I’m on the move, which gives me peace of mind wherever I take it.

I have washed the bag about ten times so far, roughly once every six months. With each wash, the fabric becomes softer and more familiar, gradually developing its own character. That changing texture is one of the little pleasures of using this bag over the years.
