With the COVID-19 pandemic making it harder to go out as freely as before, and the birth of our first child, we’ve been spending much more time at home. I purchased this jinbei in hopes of staying more comfortable during the summer.

Since I planned to use it mainly as loungewear, I chose size L for a relaxed fit. It’s not tight at all, yet not overly baggy either, so I think it's the right size. This is my first jinbei, and I was honestly surprised by how cool and breathable it feels. The cotton-ramie blend is soft against the skin, and at the same time, dries quickly even when I sweat. It truly feels like the best of both materials combined.

It’s so comfortable that I’ve even worn it on short walks around the neighborhood with my son.
I wasn’t sure if it would go well with my sun-protection outdoor hat, but it actually works better than expected.
So I decided to send a photo my wife took.

I also love this color, and it feels like a waste to wear it only as loungewear.
I’m now planning to use it during my camping trips as well, especially as comfortable sleepwear after a bath.
