I am currently in India and wear the same samue almost every day. I feel that many people, both in the city and the countryside, like this samue.
I am especially popular among children in elementary school! In many places, I'm asked for a picture with them. I think that this is a totally different experience from staying abroad wearing ordinary clothes.
However, for better or worse, be careful because you will be the center of attention. You need to be able to handle any situation.
