These are amazing well made samue that are great for Shikantaza and Samu and for the Tate Slub Samue I advise going up a size as it seems to run a wee bit small. I did and it worked great.

We received a nice photo from a customer in America. The brown color of the Kasuri Tsumugi Samue looks natural and calm and is perfect for doing samu, the daily chores at the temples. It is great to hear that the size is right for you when doing samu. As you mentioned, the Tate Slub Samue is a slightly slimmer design with Size A whereas the Kasuri Tsumugi Samue is a looser design with Size B. We are glad you find it comfortable to wear.
